Bowick Electric has provided commercial and residential construction services in the Kootenay region since 1997. Michael Bowick, the owner and founder of Bowick Electric, started his electrical company in Fernie BC, and has been living and working in Nelson for 15 years.

 

Mike is a master electrician and registered electrical contractor. He started his electrical apprenticeship in 1991 and has worked on big city jobs to small town repairs. For 30 years, he has been working in the electrical field, giving him a wide range of experience in all aspects of the business. Over a few years, he taught the electrical program at Selkirk College while keeping the business running. Realizing he couldn’t do both, he chose to concentrate on growing the business.

Mike resides in Nelson with his wife Erica, two teenagers, Indigo and Saxon and their dog.
